Confirmation:
A deposit of $200 per room is required for confirmation. The remainder is payable on arrival.
If only one or two nights,$100 for deposit.

- Wire Transfer, best for Mexicans
- Interact bank transfer good for Canadians
- Credit Card Using PayPal
- Mail money order to Canada

What is Paypal?
 Paypal
is a secure, automated reservation service. This service costs 8% of your
deposit. Please understand this extra charge must be added to your bill,
payable on arrival. We
will send you an invoice from PayPal for the deposit. The charge is.

Cancellation Policy:
60 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee per room
- less than 60 days, your full deposit will be charged.If, during
your stay here, you need to leave earlier than your reservation departure
date, we require one day
notice. Your refund will be 50% of the remaining days unless there are
unusual circumstances.
PLEASE NOTE: For the 2 weeks before and after Christmas and Easter weekend, our Cancellation Policy is 90 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less $100 per room and if less than 90 days, your full deposit will be charged. As these times of the year are extremely popular, please try to reserve early and for more than
3 days.
Monetary Considerations:
Mahahual now has an ATM, however it is often out of money so it is best to get
your pesos from the ATM's in Tulum or other places besides Mahahual. Please come prepared to pay your bill in cash with US dollars or pesos (at the current rate of exchange) or American Express traveller's cheques. We cannot accept credit cards at this time. The excursions and restaurants accept cash only. |
